Before joining Pact & Partners in 2008, Céline Laroche acquired extensive international experience in Management, Marketing and Research roles in the Pharmaceutical sector.
Céline started her career in 1993 in Research and Development. She spent ten years in CROs (Contract Research Organisations) and in one of the foremost Pharmaceutical companies, driving International Clinical Trials and leading International teams.
After graduating from the top ranked MBA at IMD Lausanne, she moved to an international BioPharma as Global Brand Manager. Here she led and co-ordinated global marketing plans, advising top ranking managers of local affiliates in China, Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Viet Nam, Greece, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, etc on business issues.
Born in Paris, Céline has always enjoyed, lived and worked in multicultural environments. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
