Olivier joined Pact & Partners International following a 13-year professional career in international business law and entrepreneurship. As a senior legal executive, he notably spearheaded the international legal re-organization of a leading global media company via mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, divestitures and liquidations. He brought his expertise to the web when he started-up the 1st European platform of B2B digital online legal contracting. Olivier then founded a « boutique » consulting firm supporting SMEs with their international strategic challenges. He then left for Sydney and Hong Kong where he graduated from the top ranked Asian MBA program at AGSM; majoring in Finances and Management of Biotech. He was elected president of the student society by his peers.
